Giselle Gartzke

Giselle Gartzke is a Florida licensed real estate agent and a Brazilian-licensed attorney specializing in International Law, with a career defined by excellence, ethics and a commitment to helping people and families achieve their goals in the United States. Her legal work is focused on International Law, always centered on legal certainty and on protecting her clients' interests.

She earned her law degree from the Methodist University of Piracicaba (UNIMEP) in 2005 and was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB/SP). From the start of her career, she was drawn to the areas of law that directly shape people's lives, believing that legal knowledge should be a tool to create opportunities and transform lives.

In 2011, she moved to the United States and began a new chapter in her career. She worked in public safety as a Unit Manager in the Nebraska state correctional system, responsible for a unit serving incarcerated individuals living with mental illness. In that role, she combined her legal training with a humanitarian approach, gaining experience in team leadership, conflict resolution and decision-making in highly complex environments.

Overcoming cultural, linguistic and professional challenges, she completed her Master of Laws in American Law (LL.M.) at Washington University in St. Louis in 2016, deepening her knowledge of the U.S. legal system. In 2024, she completed a postgraduate degree in International Law at EBPOS (Escola Brasileira de Pós-Graduação), and she is now completing her second master's degree, in International Legal Practice, at Universidade Portucalense in Portugal.

Beyond her legal and real estate work, Giselle is the President and Founder of MASTERCLASS USA, an institution dedicated to guiding international students and their families in the search for scholarships and academic opportunities in the United States. All of this work is carried out in strict compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, always guided by ethics, transparency and professional responsibility.
